Shree Renuka Sugars Limited is an integrated agribusiness and bio-energy company operating across sugar value chain: crushing, sugar refining (two port-based refineries at Kandla and Haldia), ethanol production, and bagasse-based co-generation/power; it also has a wholly-owned EPC/engineering subsidiary (KBK Chem-Engineering) for distilleries/bio-ethanol/co-generation projects. It was incorporated in 1995 and has corporate office in Mumbai; registered office at Belagavi (Belgaum), Karnataka. It is listed on NSE (Symbol: RENUKA) and BSE (Code: 532670).
