Scale: ~44,816 employees globally; 26 manufacturing entities; ~10m tons annual seafood & pet food production capacity; ~1,300+ markets; THB 1330bn annual sales in 2025; 210 brands. Latest 2025-2026 developments: March 2025 increased Avanti Feeds Limited stake by buying 8.78% shares (effective group ownership unchanged at 24.21%); June 30, 2025 repurchased 400m shares (8.98%) for THB 4,309m; in August 2025 Mitsubishi planned to raise stake to 20% and propose an alliance but its general offer was cancelled for insufficient acceptance; paid-up capital reduced to 4,255m shares effective Jan 8, 2026.
